City Sidewalks

All sidewalks throughout Whittier Park are City owned. The Board is working directly with the City Manager to come up with a long-term solution for the City sidewalks in our neighborhood.

We are actively looking into replacing all pavers in the common area Circle, as well as the newly proposed patio extension on the Green, with permeable pavers.

"Permeable pavers mimic the way natural land absorbs water and can alleviate the negative effects of stormwater runoff or drought conditions to benefit homeowners, builders and the community at large."
