This is not your traditional HOA.  No bureaucracy, no annoying committees harassing members with petty issues, and no regular Board meetings. Residents are constantly updated on all HOA activity through our neighborhood email distribution list and this website.

Even though the Board ultimately makes decisions on behalf of the neighborhood, all residents have a voice in what actions we take. Feedback from members is encouraged so we can make an informed decision and do what's best for the community.

Each Director serves a 3 year term.  Elections are held annually utilizing online voting. This makes it much easier for members to participate.  Election results are confirmed by Landmarc Real Estate.
