Insecure Website

The City's official website may direct you to insecure pages.  The entire site is affected.

You should not enter any sensitive/personal information anywhere on the site unless you are absolutely sure you are browsing over https. If you don't know the difference between http and https, best to just avoid the site until the issue is resolved.

"A non-encrypted connection is when the information being transmitted in a human readable format, whereas an encrypted connection is when the data is encrypted before it's transmitted, which makes it much more secure."

Also, mobile-friendly version is hit or miss.
