NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM STARTING IN 2024
Landmarc has recently transitioned to a new software system, which has changed all homeowner account numbers. Homeowners should reach out to Landmarc at info@e-landmarc.com to receive their new account number. Please see below for all payment options and updates that need to be made.
Check and ACH payments
If you currently pay by check, you may continue remitting payments to the lockbox in Phoenix, AZ. Payment coupons will remain valid through the end of 2024.
If you currently pay via ACH direct debit through Landmarc, there will not be a lapse in payments. Your information was securely transmitted to our new software and will debit between the 2nd and 5th of each billing period.
Bank Bill Pay
Please update your account number on your bill pay to your new 9-character account number. Please do not use your former 5-digit account number any longer.
Online Payment
We have also recently transitioned to a new online payment provider. You may register your account for online payments at First Citizen. You will need the following information:
Management ID: 7010
Association ID: WHP

DUE DATES
Starting Oct 1, 2023, all accounts 30+ days past due will be assessed a $50 late fee. For every 30 days, an additional $50 will be assessed. For example if you have a balance that is 90 days past due, the late fee will be $50 + $50 + $50 = $150.
Quarterly payments ($300), are due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Alternatively, you can pay for the entire year in advance ($1,200) on January 1 each year.
Advanced payment is encouraged to avoid confusion and late fees.
